Bad Service Experience

Worst experience of my life. Do not buy from Woolworths online shopping. Unreliable!!! Order just got cancelled without any notice!! One should think that in these days it was suppose to be easier to buy online, although the order was only planned for delivery a week after order was placed, just to find out that nothing got delivered, although I got an email stating that it would be 1 hour later.... Customer care so busy was on the phone for 45min just to get informed that my order was cancelled by the shop??!!! Come on Woolworths this is not on!!!
