Bad service & exchange refusal

I bought 2 shirts from woolworths last week and came to exchange them for a smaller size today.The teller had a bad attitude and the manager was not helpful.they acknowledged that the shirt had not been worn or washed but would not exchange it cause it has a slight hint of cologne from being fitted.<br> <br> They were both dismissive and unhelpful
