Bad service ever

These people are good when opening an account with them, but when you miss the payment they are quick to list your name with experian withput even communicating with you. Now mu account is upto date for the past four months, but im still defaulted at experian by them. However ive been promised by them that they will update my credit wit experian. Now when i call them its a different story by telling me that i was not paying well. Please stay away from woolworths. Bad service ever, im struggling to get updated with experian because of their lack of service!
