Bad service ever

Hellopeter. I am very disappointed and angry at the same time with the service i receive today at woolworth canival mall from the manager named Zodwa who refused to give me her surname saying is non of my business.

I bought sleeper for my 2 year old son yesterday and it is not fitting him because of the make. Wanted to exchange to different open cut and i was told so many things like dirty, i ask what is the solution and i was told that i need to sell it to someone else... It may happen that she was right but how she responded to me in front of others customers it was not professional at all. She continued with her attitude until i decided to leave with no help. I am stuck with shoes that are not used yet we paid to use it
