Bad service, empty promises

I app**** for a Woolworths stor card on the 25th of Feb. I am still waiting for feedback every day I call and send my bank statement still nothing. Yesterday a manager advised that all my documents were received and I would have an out come yesterday close of business. Still no feedback today I'm asked to resend documents again but my bank statement is attached to the email they sending me. This service is terrible.
