Bad service

Poor customer service. I made a payment for my monthly installment but now it is not reflecting. I went to their customer service and was told to bring a statement reflecting the once off debit order which i did but they still not able to fix the problem. Now my account is in arrears even though I paid my account up to date. I need help fixing this problem. I can't make an extra payment but i paid already.
