Bad service

I have been called so many times regarding outstanding feels on my account and I have explained to the agents I’ll be able to pay as little as R500 a month but still no one is assisting have to then I am currently unemployed but yet they expect me to pay normal payment ….will never recommend their services as you don’t plan to loose your job.regret opening an account with them
