Bad service

My account is fully paid but my name has not yet being cleared from ITC its been a month. Called strauss daly attorneys as my account was handed over to them to get verification was referred back to woolworth and told to sent them settlement letter which was not advised to do from the first place. This is realy frustrating can my name be cleared
