Bad service

Horrible service at the financial service center, one person manning the desk and you find colleagues coming to chat about the kids pink eye sickness, I only found out that the proof of address which is my medical aid statement is not acceptable, I had to walk to the bank, line up and come back to line up again ! The consultant Pearl Moya was not assisting me at all
