Bad service - Delivery

I placed and order and it was due within 7 days. I received an SMS that my order has been shipped and will be delivered, waited the whole day only to receive an SMS around 8 PM that they failed to deliver the parcel as they couldn't reach me. I never received a call from the delivery team. I followed up, same story. As I type this I'm still waiting for my parcel. Don't ever buy online from them because they have no control over the courier company. THey take your money then you are on your own, whether you receive the product or not they don't care. You call to follow up, they say we will send an email to the courier company.
