bad service

i have had one of the worse service ever Woolworths kerk is such a disgrace i went to dell counter and these was no one to offer me assistance , i stood there for almost an 30 mins with no assistance i ended up leaving (i have been always) been a loyal Woolworths customer but the service i received to is shocking and disgraceful for Woolworth brand I am so disapointed
