Bad service Dash

I am so disappointed with Woolworths I order on the 25th of March and I had the wrong address in . And I was told that I am going to refunded my money back after 3- 4 working days, I have called and all I get is 3-4 working days . I am so disappointed. I mean today on the 8th of April I still have not received my refund.
