bad service damage goods send to me.

I have purchase school trousers online, they deliver on the 10.05.2018 left the delivery by the reception, i open the item the 1 trouser is damage i call the contact center the lady i spoke to promised to call me back before COB. nothing till now what surprise me is that the trouser that has the damage it the 1 on top.

This service is so not good i didn't not expect this from woollies the last time i order a gift it was delivers not rep to show is a gift i went to woollies at KERK street n Johannesburg. the lady whom i have find the she told me that they don't have rapping papers they have for Xmas.
