Bad service

Yesterday I ordered a cake and it never got delivered, the delivery time was between 2pm and 5pm I waited until 17:10 but nothing this has never happened beforehand and this was meant to be for my daughter whose birthday was on Sunday but wanted to celebrate yesterday but thanks to the restaurant they made her birthday memorable.The cake was not delivered and I’m very disappointed in Woolworths for almost ruining my daughters day
