Bad service

Oder No o*** …..I have placed an order online on the 20th September ,cancelled it within 24 hours.I did not receive a refund till today,I called Woolworth 5 days after to ask for my refund I was given ref number ***2,When I spoke to capitec they said they did not receive any communication from Woolworths
