Bad service by cashier and manager

On 24 December 2025 at 11h12, I bought a shirt at Woolworths Mall of the South. When I got home I fitted the shirt and I realised it was slightly small and I decided to exchange it for a bigger size. I went to Woolworths Lambton at 16h01 on the same day. But when I went to the till to exchange the shirt, the cashier by the name of Diko S told me that I have worn the shirt already and it’s dirty and it can’t be exchanged.
