Bad service breaking promise

On the 22 Mrt I place an order for 60 duvets covers 200treatcount, 60 fitted sheets 200 threatcount,and 30 8 tog duvets inners,Total value of order R62000.00,Promise was made that I will have 30 of each by the 25th Mrt By the 25th I only had 7 duvets covers,4 inners and 11 fitted sheet. On Sunday Woolworths had a special on with you can get 30% discount on bedding. I went from on shop to another and manage to get 20 inners, After trying get hold of management to get the rest of the order the said that there is stock in the Waterfront ,Cavendish square etc. I got in the car and went to Cape Town to buy the stock as confirmed with Somerset Mall. Just before 17h00 the phone and said there is no stock as the stores is closed. I had to turn back to Swes.They then said that they can give me 180threatcount.I said that that is not what I want ,but because I am no desperate I will take it.I tried to phone Ian Moir this morning,but could not get hold of him.I was directed to Deono to which I spoke once and then since then he refuse to take my calls by duct and diving. Is this the way to take someone's money.It is very disappointing.not the what I expected from Woolworths
