Bad service

I've never been embarrassed in my life like what happened today at Woolworths kerk street, the customer service guy and the teller lady made a fool out of me today when I went to collect my secondary card which I was initially told to come collect primary card as the one received was apparently faulty, I even told the lady who called me that mine was ok the faulty one is the secondary card....I dnt know whether the people that assisted me were tired of their jobs, or undermined me or what, as I told the teller who was very loud that everyone should hear our conversation that I'm going to complain and she said I must go well(she's so confident that Woolworths will not do anything about the complaint) what a bad service
