Bad service

Yesterday my partner and I went to Woolworths west gate to lay bye our kids clothes. When we got to the tills we were told that they only accept capitec card or cash for payment. I don’t use captitec bank and didn’t have enough cash on me. I had to go to the atm wait in a long queue and went back to Woolies to pay. I felt disrespected. Can Woolworths West gate please look into this .
