Woolworths rosebank has bad customer service

I waited for 30 mins for the NCS agent to come to assist me, only for her to tell me she needs to put her lunch down

After about 15 minutes of waiting

Instead of informing me which stores are able to print my store card because their printer is broken and letting me know I can print a temporary card, she sent me all the way to centurion to get the same work she could have done
