Bad Service

I purchased a Lamb Pack on the 8/02/22 and i called the customer care line and complained that the meat was took far to long to cook and this being called Lamb is not as mentioned. I spoke to Welston whom insured me that someone will get back to me but i have not received a call. Called again on the 10/02/22 was told that she will escalate and someone will still to date no email or call from anyone. i Would appreciate if someone could give me feedback is this is a lot of money that was spent.
