Bad service

My namebis cathrine kadiaka on the 23rd of September made an order online,later that day I canceled it, but they already took my money,cause the minute u order they take money out of your your account ,I went to the store a consultant called them about the canceled order they said they will put the money back in the account ,but I didn't not c money in my account , I called them account I even have a reference number,even today on the 06 of october money has not being put back in my account, pls help me am very disappointed with woolworths
