Bad service

Am.so furious and disappointed on woolies customer service,I went to Sammy marks square in Pretoria on Monday ,returning the morning shoes the cashier was so arrogant and ********, was today they can exchange or refund if there's to slip,remember that is a quality issue, and I couldn't keep the slip because I knew the size fits well and I didn't knw ,I will.have the problem,I've been buying my kids clothes from woolies for years now.I won't go.back to any store ,but believe me or not you, have lost one of ur loyalty customers.
