BAD SERVICE AT WOOLWORTHS MENLYN MALL

Had a horrible experience on Saturday, 1 May 2021 at the Menlyn mall branch. I was buying my son PJ's and the teller realised that the bottom and top sizes were different. I told them it's fine because they will fit my son. One of the floor agents (Sibusiso) took the items from me at the till while trying to pay and told me that I could not have them because the store made a mistake in packing them and that the sizes that I want are not available at the store. I tried to explain to him that the clothes are fine and that I cannot be involved in their packing issues. He was very cheeky, and it the whole thing turned into a shouting match.
