Bad Service at Woolworths Menlyn.

I went to Woolworths Menlyn Mall after work to make my final payment on my lay-bye, I waited too long in the que before i could be helped because there was only one cashier at customer service, when it was my turn i payed and they told me to wait another 10 minutes for another employee to go and fetch my lay bye, they made me wait for more than ten minutes lets alone I already waited too long in the que. My feet were killing me, then the employee came back with my lay-bye then I asked why they are making us wait for too long and he told me the other employee went home because he/she fell sick, I understood that part but there were employees walking around not helping and some you could see that they are waiting for knock off time. I like Woolworths but If this is the kind of service that we will get when we come to your stores then it is unacceptable. we understand that employees want to knock off and go home, but customers should be helped then everyone can leave happy.
