Bad service @ Woolworths Loch Logan

I would like to tell Woolworths Loch Logan (Bloemfontein) how pathetic their service is. I went there on Friday (20 July 2018) to purchase underwear. To be more specific, bra's. Firstly it was a major problem for the lady to unlock the fitting room that is there for the underwear department. I asked her then to measure me. She didn't look like she actually wanted to and said it won't help, because it is never accurate. She measured after I insisted and she gave me a size. I went looking for the size through all the makes, shapes and sizes. None! I went back to ask the lady who measured me to help, but could not find her. I asked another assistant if she could help me look for that size, she said if I can't find it, it must be out of stock. I then asked that how could it be possible that there is not one single make that have that size, and if they actually make it. She just pulled up her shoulders and ignored me. I then went to Edgars where I was assisted from the moment I walked in untill I was satisfied and with bra's in my hand to walk out with. First of all, bra shopping is one of the most frustrating things for any woman, and then with shop assistants not wanting to assist and actually not wanting to do their work is even worse. I unfortunately never took their names, because I was so frustrated and wanted to get out of there. I want to thank Woolies Loch Logan for nothing!!!! I think I will be closing my account with you as soon as it is payed off.
