Bad service at Woolworths EL hamingways

In Woolworths Hemingways in East London, no queue management at the ready to eat section. Waiting for more than 30 min in the line just to be told in front there is no chicken available. Total waste of my time. Only one person serving. Spoken to manager Ntsika Matota saying he informed people in the queue but we were not not informed. Dont like people that lie to me in my face. When I asked Ntsika for the email address and he doesn't know or maybe he didn't to give it to me. Not happy at all. Onece a month I take my time to drive from King Williams Town to EL to do my shopping to get bad service. BULL!!!!
