BAD SERVICE AT Woolworths!

On Sunday 17 /06/2018 I went to Woolworths Kolonade to purchase mens Payamas on my wife's account. My wife is currently in bed after a medical procedure and gave me a signed letter to do so. At the paypoint I presented the letter and made it clear what my intentions were presenting the letter. I was told this is not allowed. I insisted talking to the store manager. In meeting with her the store manageress, I explained my situation with my wife not mobile after a back operation. I was told that they can't allow me to do the purchase to prevent *****. I have asked the manager to take the letter apply good common sense and verify the transaction with my wife telephonically. I was once again told that this is not allowed and that they are taking these me sure to prevent *****. I feel very offended by the treatment I received, and that they imp**** that my actions were not honest. I am a long standing client of Woolworths and feel like not supporting them future after paying up my accounts.
