Bad service at woolies

I have bought items on woolies three weeks back and have to point out the bad service from day one , I mean they never called even when they couldn’t deliver on the correct time and date, and my friend who is white staying at the surburbs got her order in less than a week, are they saying that certain things are not meant for certain why are they discriminating and giving different services to citizens of the southern African region . Why are they still instilling this type of inequality. I am very frustrated and sadly we platform where we can actually share and express this bad service all because of color indifference
