Bad Service at Menlyn

t is with a heavy heart that i type this mail , I received appalling service at you Menlyn foods branch on 31st of August , I bought groceries worth R4200 and was short R500 i asked the cashier if i could withdraw the difference where she said No she is going home because her shift just ended , it was between (3-4pm not sure exactly ) , i asked to speak to the manager who politely agreed that i may withdraw an come back . Upon my return they had voided / suspended my transaction (R2700)which i have not received and communication is not of par , i am a long time customer however very disappointed in Menlyn . never will I shop there again
