Bad service at Libert Midlands Mall pietermaritzburg

I have a complaint about the financial services department at Pietermaritzburg Liberty Midlands Mall. My father has been trying to get statements for 3 months and they keep making excuses not to help him. Either they are not there to help or they get their colleagues to make up stories.
