Bad service at coffee shop

<p>I often visit the coffee shop at Woolworths Park View, Pretoria East for a cappuchino - they make a really good cappuchino. Also have the odd lunch there. But the service is absolutely shocking! I have discussed this with the manager on duty on more than one occasion. Especially when it comes to paying. If you are sitting on hte outside it is extremely difficult to get a bill and I sometimes have to ask three different waiters. On a recent visit, after asking three waiters for a bill and waiting close on 15 minutes, I walked off without paying. I then returned and told the manager on duty that I waited for my bill but eventually gave up and will not be paying. He apologised profusely. I have been back three more times and the service is still just as bad. Sadly I have shared my experience with a friends and they all complain of the terrible service. Some of them have brought it to the attention of the manager but in vain. I now support another coffee shop.</p>
