Bad Service and No Integrity from Woolworths!!!!

I bought a coat from Witchery from special edition, which I hardly used as it was for special occasions. When I wanted to use in August, I found that it had shrinked. When I took the jacket to the store in Sandton, I got very bad service from the store Manager, who did not even greet me. I bought the jacked for R8k and Woolworths said I took of for dry cleaning which I didn’t. I have many items from Witchery which have lasted me for many years, now I’m expected to pay R8k for a coat and only use it for few years? This is daylight *******. I have bought many items for more than R5k and that had a factory fault and these items were exchanged. This is bad service and lack of integrity from Woolworths!
