Bad Service And Horrible Product

last week went to Woolworths Wonder park to purchase Tiramisu and Caramel cake to my Suprise out of stock the shelves were empty i ended buying black forest cake my worst nightmare the cake has too much sugar and is too hard not fresh, my son got sick because of the cake the sugar was terrible and i called wonder park Woolworth's spoke to this lady said she will call me back asap gave her my cell number she never call back, then sent an email *** without any feedback also i want the group CEO to know that their product black forest cake is not safe to consume and i want my money back and also i will never ever again support Woolworths the way they handled my query shows lack of respect and lack of empathy, how come no one sent feedback or communication. I hope higher management will call me and sort this out and i have proof of purchase and took a couple of pictures as proof - cell *** - the service at wonder park is really bad making us not to shop there any more
