BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE BY THE TELLER AND MANAGER at MAPONYA MALL SOWETO

<p>We went to Woolworths Maponya on Sa****ay with my husband to myself some underwear. When we got to the underwear section I selected two types of underwear’s and both had different price. Took one with price of R110 and the other with R140. When we got to the till to pay, the teller said to us this is not the price and showed us the back of the pack and said this is the right amount and we said no lady that is not the amount that we saw. Said to us with an attitude stand on the side so I can help another customer and waved at the manager who was nearby, and she said to him it has two prices and they want it at this price and we said we didn’t want it at this price we said that is the price we saw. The manager just came and said as you can see this price been pasted on and we said both have been pasted on. Just when we wanted to tell him what happened he said with an attitude its fine will give it to you at R110. And he said to one teller any way it’s only R10 different. Not even an apology nothing.</p> <p> </p>
