Bad service

I placed an order online, purchasing 11 items amounting to R1480.40 and the person I was buying for only received 5 items totalling to R395. These items shows as available when I was placing the order, only to be told during collection they’re out of stock.

No one has bothered to advise me what is going on about the order, no communication about the refund. I have written to you but still no response. Please debit my account of the remaining R1084.89 asap. I’m very disappointed that these items weren’t flagged as out of stock by Hemmingways Mall.
