Bad service

I'm very disappointed with the lack of service.. I got a sms to collect my card at Cavendish branch. 2 days ago my mom found my card between the outside gate which was delivered. It was almost taken by a by passer. Should this not be given in your hand.. This is a breach and should not be taken likely anyone could of used my card. I find this to be pathetic
