Bad service

I went to wolies on Thursday the 14th of October to do some few things, I wanted a fruit and vegetable however it happened that from their special of R100 combo the was no papaya and I spoke to someone who was working in that department and he told me that it's okay to get 2 more items to make it 4. By the time I went to pay and the cashier called the manager she told me that I am not allowed to get 2 more items just because they don't have the 4th fruits. She told me that it's first come first serve and if they don't have it so I can not get another one. I really find it very difficult to understand bcz it's not my fault that the 4th fruit is not available although they do have other fruits that I can choose from. Same with veggies and I left everything by the till. I was not happy at all with their service. Woolworths in PE at Green Acres
