Bad service

This is so shocking that my wife was refused ladies room to relieve herself even though she is nine months pregnant and she ended up peeing on herself, was is even worse is that there were ladies who refused her toilet to pee.

This happened in woolworths in Hemingways in East London on the 23/02/2024. She can't recall or remember the names of the ladies that did this awful service to her as she was sent to the mall toilets/resting places even though she tol them that she can't hold it anymore.

If this is the treatment that Woolworths Hemingways mall is giving to its customers then they have no business in selling clothes for the kids if they do not understand their client base. This kind of service is very disheartening especially coming from women,

Let this be known that every customer is important and customer service is very important in every business.
