Bad service

I bought underwear as a gift at Woolworths in Greenstone. It was the wrong size. It was still in its original packaging and unworn. I went to enquire if there was a possibility of them exchanging it to a bigger size. The lady at the till was very rude and dismissive towards me. She told me that I should be aware that underwear is not returned or exchanged and it's at the back of my slip as well, she went further to say that at the till before paying they asked me if I was sure of the size before paying because of this reason. She folded her arms and looked at me like I was a crazy person to even ask such a thing. I immediately settled my account and unfortunately I couldn't close it there and then they said I must come the next day to close it. Very disappointed with the service after so many years With them.
