Bad service

Impersonating a position of a store manager by a staff member in Rosebank branch to deny a customer access to Woolworths services. A complaint was sent to woolworths customer service and nothing was done, except a feedback that it was escalated to senior management without anyone contacting to explain my case and get an apology I deserve.
