Bad service

So I ordered on the dot which is online on the 25th of November 2023 Nd I only received my goods on the 04th of December which 8 days later of which wen u order they say it normally takes 3 - 5 working days to deliver I was the one who kept on making contact tk ask what was happening with my order nd the consultants keep on lying nd telling me that the order is out nd it only came 8 days later , 2ndly I cancelled another order wbich had a wrong delivery adress so i decided to cancel it on the 25th of Nov 2023 till today I haven't received my money..I'm dissapointed with Woolworths online nd im not using theor services ever again they must just know that they lost a loyal customer
