Online order was ordered on the 04/08/2024 and still not delivered! Pathetic!

20 Aug 2024, 11:1616 days later and still NO one at Woolworths can tell me where my parcel is. Order nr O***. I was just on the line for 54 minutes with customer service! And still NOTHING! Pathetic service and i will never in my live recommend anyone to them!!!!!!! I really cant believe this is the service they give there customers!
