Bad service

I visited Woolworths in Flanders(Durban)wanting to get a gift voucher but because I didn’t have my ID the store manager refused to give me a voucher. I told him that I have a picture of my ID as they advised that they don’t even need to scan it or anything. I’ve never experienced such bad service in my life, why want the hard copy of the Id when I have a picture of my ID that has my picture on it and I’m the one in store that needs a voucher. It’s utter nonsense!
