Bad service

My dear wife on the 26th march 2025 bought a balck pleat skirt at Woolworth Or Tambo airport, On the Saturday 29th she went to do exchange for a bigger size. The male manager by the name of Kgaugelo blatantly refused to assist my with an exchange saying she had damaged the skirt due to a hanging thread from the back pleat. The manager was very rude,disrespectful, inconsiderate towards her speaking in his native Sepedi language accusing my wife of being negligence etc. This is very embarrassing and unprofessional from his as a manager. And is *****ing the Woolworth S.a brand. You have lost a customer in my wife. I would appreciate a written formal apology from the store manager
