Bad Service

Good day<br> I visited the Durabn branch (west street) today returning goods I had purchased (shoes) on 07 April 2015. Went through the security guard and moved in search for the customer service department, I than came across an employee of thr store who showed a great disregard for my enquiry of the department I was looking for, so I moved around and managef to find the service section. There was two ladies of whom were in a conversation about a leather jacket returned by a customer which was estimated to cost R1200 and according to them was a bit to much for it's state of Quality.... I had hoped I would have been greeted at this time and got assistance from these ladies But I had to wait until they finished their talk . As I greeted again the one lady said \wait she's coming to assist you"and ahe moved away....
