bad service

I bought iteams for the value of 1800 for a family members and i lost my reciept.because of that i was told that i need to go back to the branch werr i did the purchase at i am a heavly pregnant woman and i was adviced that i need to run around like a headless chicken when all i am asking for is a simple thing.please assist because i wont be paying so much money for iteams that are not going to be in use
