Bad service

Bought pj’s used them once and noticed they had a factory fault returned the pjs and the lady that assisted me with the return was soo rude Marle is her name she said spoke in Afrikaans with her supervisor and said it was not a factory fault but was torn up purposely. I’m appalled by the disgusting service Woolworth Cavendish gives to black customers to be specific to think that I had to waist transport money to return an item off poor quality manufactured by Woolworth’s and get such attitude from the staff disgusts me. This is getting worse day by day I honestly don’t understand why this store still sells to blacks if this is the kind off service we receive at the store.
