BAD SERVICE

Absolutely ridiculous, A policy is going of my banking account for ever and ever. Do a stop payment and they just keep on changing the reference on a regular basis. Try calling them, 20 minutes on the line cutting you off and are *********** to handle queries.

SO FEDUP !!!
