Bad service

We had such a bad experience at Woolworths on Saturday. My mom returned a handbag that she got as a gift; the bag was too small, and the day she returned the handbag, the lady who was working at the Trenery counter didn’t put the money for her on a gift card, she only gave her a slip. Now on Saturday she went to spend the money, it is almost R900 now they said she can’t use it because they need the gift card. She didn’t receive a gift card. It is not fair that she is going to lose the money because the people in the Woolworths in Menlyn don’t know how to do their jobs.
